This seminar shows people how to work through, and with, conflict and difference in their workplaces.

Participants will learn: how to find the positive energy in many 'conflict' situations what their own preferred conflict style is and when to use other approaches that not everything that feels or looks like conflict is best handled as conflict to think about what matters to the other party and consider why the other party is passionate about the issue to use a distinctive model for understanding their own and others' response to conflict new dialogue-based methods for working with difference

Using Dialogue to Increase Organisational Learning and Effectiveness

This seminar introduces the power of dialogue for organisations. Dialogue is examined as a way of "thinking togetherand assembling the views and knowledge of two or more parties to form a greater whole.
